Solo Pressure Washing Service Agreement & Terms of Service
This agreement is between Solo Pressure Washing (“Contractor”) and the recipient of the attached estimate or invoice (“Client”). It applies to both residential and commercial services. By accepting an estimate and/or making payment, the Client agrees to the terms below.
1. Scope of Work
The contractor agrees to perform exterior cleaning services as outlined in the selected Maintenance Plan or Quote. This may include pressure washing, soft washing, roof and gutter cleaning, driveway and concrete surface cleaning, trash bin cleaning, and related services.
2. Billing & Payments
- First Payment: Due on the day of the first service.
- Recurring Payments: Automatically charged monthly via card on file.
- Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Cash, or Check.
- Auto-Renewal: Plans automatically renew annually unless canceled in writing before renewal
3. Service Schedule
Services are scheduled based on plan selection. By default, visits occur quarterly (Standard &
Premium) or semi-annually (Essential). Route scheduling is based on ZIP codes.
- Client Customization: Clients may rearrange or bundle services into fewer visits if desired.
- Missed Prep: If bins are not placed out, gates locked, or access blocked, that service will be skipped until the next scheduled visit.
4. Maintenance Plan Options
Solo Pressure Washing offers three subscription plans, billed monthly, with services delivered according to the schedule below. Square footage is based on home size plus driveway/deck. Current rates reflect the maintenance plan trial period.

Additional services may be added at the Client’s request (see Section 6).
5. Client Responsibilities – Pre-Service
To ensure quality results and safety, Client agrees to:
- Turn off outdoor electrical outlets, fans, lights, and devices (preferably at breaker box).
- Ensure windows and doors are securely shut.
- Remove or cover outdoor furniture, décor, and delicate plants.
- Water plants before and after service.
- Keep pets indoors and vehicles parked at least 40 ft away from service area.
- Provide access to an outdoor water spigot.
6. Add-On Services
- Roof washing (premium soft wash)
- Pool deck or screen enclosure cleaning
- Fence cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Extra trash bin cleaning
- Additional driveway/walkway/patio cleaning
- Paver sanding & sealing (coming soon)
- Holiday light installation (coming soon)
7. Pre-Service Walkthrough & Surface Disclosure
A walkthrough with the Client is required before service to note existing blemishes or damage. Cleaning may reveal pre-existing issues (oxidation, faded paint, patchy touch-ups, etc.). Solo Pressure Washing is not responsible for outcomes on surfaces that are unsealed, oxidized, improperly painted, or otherwise compromised.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 fee.
- No refunds are given for unused services; payments secure your place on our service calendar.
9. Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, the Client will receive a retry link.
- After two failed attempts, the subscription will be canceled.
- At cancellation, Client will be invoiced at base rates for all services already provided, and any remaining balance owed under the plan will become immediately due.
10. Weather Delays
Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. Rescheduling does not result in refunds or credits.
11. Refund Policy
All payments are final. Due to scheduling, staffing, and chemical preparation, no refunds will be
issued once payment is processed. Subscription payments secure ongoing maintenance as
outlined in your plan.
12. Photo Documentation
Contractor may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance, documentation, or marketing purposes. Photos will never include personal or identifying details. Clients may opt out in writing.
13. Liability & Safety
Solo Pressure Washing is fully insured and follows industry-approved methods. We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions revealed during cleaning.
- Items left outdoors or fragile décor.
- Client’s failure to properly prepare property for service.
14. Agreement Confirmation
This agreement is binding upon either of the following:
- Submission of payment for the attached invoice, or signature below.
